In the world the aspiration to integration of different types of higher education institutions (under the aegis of the classical University) into scientific and educational cities of the continental, interregional and national importance. In different countries there is an Association of universities with industrial complexes. So formed the base for scientific researches and training of specialists for modern companies and enterprises.
